Light Painting
Light painting is a super fun technique that involves using a moving light source. A scene or an object can be painted with a beam light to bring it to life. This technique is captured using a long exposure. Light painting can create may types of beautiful abstract art by capturing coloured lights as they are moved.
This technique requires the use of a tripod and a darkened room or even better, taken at low light or night to create best effects.
The workshop will run during the night on school holidays and on some Saturday evenings. The duration of the course is 3 hours at our Newcastle Studio.
